On Saturday early evening, evening Bryson and Jayden turned a corner on our chuck wagon (glorified golf cart that goes max 15 mph) they hit gravel...it tipped and the roll bar landed on Brysons left arm. jayden lifted it off his arm and ran for help. Brysons phone had fallen out of his pocket so he called me and told me to hurry that he had a broken arm and that he was near the Poudrier's home...his arm was for sure broken..compound fracture -not a prity site! my hope is to use this blog to keep family and friends updated on his progress, to keep track of the many blessing and tender mercies we have recieved and to help pass the time here in the hospital.
Blessings/tender mercies at the sight of accident-
1. Jayden was with him not hurt but there to lift it off his arm and run for help.
2. The power of God is on the earth. Jared Turley (Jayden ran and got his dad) and Kelly Rogers (who just happened to be riding by on horses) gave him a blessing.
3. Several friends came to the scene to help and give comfort
4. Bryson remained calm and even comforted his tearful mom!
5. Didn't see 1 police officer as we hurried to Flag :)
6. Dad was able to meet us on the road (he was on his way home from meetings)
7. Tons of family/friend support at the hospital
8. The decision to air vac to phx children's hospital.
